Legend Fitness Equipment
We recently took a trip to Maynardville, TN, to do a fitness and fighting demonstration for the guys at Legend Fitness. During our visit, we got to take a tour of their 30,000 square foot facility where they build and ship out their equipment. Let me tell you, we were so impressed by just how sturdy this stuff is–and most all of it is welded! How cool is this–last year they delivered equipment to be installed on Air Force One! Gutterfighting USA Weblog is dedicated to both the mental and physical skills related to self-defense/self-protection.
