Article on Push-ups

Many of us incorporate the push-up in our warrior training either for muscular endurance, or for disciplinary action (ha ha ha).  I never realized how important it was to push all the way up, thereby fully extending the arms.  This article explains why–may people shorten the movement to blast through a bunch of repetitions.  Elite Fitness has a lot of great articles on fitness, and I thought I would pass this along to shed some new light on an old, tried and true exercise:
